  1. Herman’s Croquettes – Mini croquettes balls gift card offer: 4th May to 22nd May 2015
  2. This offer (“offer”) is made by Herman’s Croquettes Pty Ltd, ABN 49 169 810 459, 22/76 Hume Highway, Lansvale, NSW 2166.
  3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
  4. Offer available only to “Eligible Claimants”. An “Eligible Claimant” is a legal entity that operates a foodservice business in Australia and is a customer of Marrickville Freezers of 2 Farr Street, Marrickville, NSW 2204
  5. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. “Associated companies” includes without limitation, the agents and contractors of the Promoter that are involved in: (a) the promotion or development; and (b) the distribution of the Promoter’s products. By entering the competition you represent that you are eligible to enter the competition based on these terms and conditions.
  6. The competition commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on Monday 27th April 2015 & closes at 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on Friday 8th May 2015 (“Competition Period”).
  7. To enter, purchase any 2 or 3 cartons of Hermans mini croquette balls from Marrickville Freezers during the competition period then choose the way you would like to send your entry:
  8. a) Mail – complete the entry form, attach a copy of the qualifying invoice during the qualifying period and send to: 22/76 Hume Highway, Lansvale, NSW 2166.
  9. b) E-mail – send info@hermans.com.au and attach the entry form and invoice.
  10. c) Fax – send a copy of the qualifying invoice and entry form to 02 8580 5382
  11. A qualifying purchase is the purchase from Marrickville Freezers of the Promoter’s products, in one transaction, of either 2 or 3 cartons from the Hermans mini croquette balls range, consisting of:
  12. a) Smoked Ham, Cheddar and Sage 5 x 1kg
  13. b) Prosciutto and fresh Parsley 5 x 1kg
  14. c) Teriyaki Beef 5 x 1kg
  15. Entry is limited to two (2) redemptions per business. The Promoter reserves the right to require a consumer to provide proof of purchase for their entry in order to claim a prize.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries, or for submitting an entry that is otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  17. Prizes. The following prizes will be awarded:
  18. a) One (1) $15 Woolworths WISH gift card for every qualifying claim of two (2) cartons purchased
  19. b) One (1) $30 Woolworths WISH gift card for every qualifying claim of three (3) cartons purchased
  20. There is a limit of up to a maximum of two (2) claims in the promotional period per eligible claimant.

  22. Total prize pool is valued at up to $60 for each business that successfully enters a qualifying invoice.
  23. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated. If for whatever reason the specified prize is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value.
  24. The prize value is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prizes. No responsibility is accepted for any tax obligations which may arise for the prize winner. The Promoter recommends that independent financial advice be sought.
  25. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the cost of replacing the prize or benefit won.
  26. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter and details will be held according to the privacy policy of Herman’s Croquettes Pty Ltd, which is, that eligible claimants may be contacted directly by the promoter from time to time regarding products or services that the promoter offers. The information collected will be used to allow us to validate claims and send out prizes. This information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party. Any eligible claimant who does not wish to be contacted may do so by contacting the promoter at info@hermans.com.au or calling 02 9726 5745.
  27. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these terms and conditions and/or any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process as outlined in these terms and conditions. By providing your entry you consent to the Promoter using your personal information to determine whether any tampering or attempted tampering with the entry process has occurred.
  28. A claim for a prize by a participant will be subject to security and verification checks.
  29. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical problems or other malfunctions which may occur in relation to internet, network or network congestion, including problems with the transmission of entries or injury or damage to a participant or their computer related to entry in this competition.
  30. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or entries not received by the Promoter.
  31. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  32. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.
  33. In the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
  34. Prize will only be delivered in Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from notification for delivery of their prize.
  35. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  36. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Competition.
